Aikido is Good

i am a yellow belter in aikido and i find it very useful . aikido makes the force of your enemy return to him so you dont need to much effort in defen cing your self. by the way aikido is very dangerous to apply you can break bones in just a matter of seconds.... believe me it hurt's a lot to mess with an aikidonian.. A i- means Harmony Ki- means inner strength Do- means way of life... long live O' sensei Murehei Ueshiba our father of aikido .
