How about....

... Aikido, it's a Japanese art of self defense learn by the samurais. It's similar to Judo but the only difference is it is a counter offense technique. Useful for people who wants to fight and yet remain cute. BTW Aikido is also known as a gentle man's fight. (but most girls in Japan are learning this)

Aikido is Good

i am a yellow belter in aikido and i find it very useful . aikido makes the force of your enemy return to him so you dont need to much effort in defen cing your self. by the way aikido is very dangerous to apply you can break bones in just a matter of seconds.... believe me it hurt's a lot to mess with an aikidonian..

A i- means Harmony
Ki- means inner strength
Do- means way of life...

long live O' sensei Murehei Ueshiba our father of aikido .
